January 2010, new website launch!
As we announced before – her it is. Online, fresh, attractive, updated and with a new design. Off the Red webpage is finally here. Our goal is to keep it updated(this time) with all new and interesting projects that we work with.

After some restless days & nights we agreed on that we should launch it today – 25:Th of January feels a good day for that.

Here in Malmö is sunny but really cold today, so we will mostly be inside our office; glued by our computers and following closely the analytics reports.  If  U do not remember how our former website looked like, here comes a screen shot with the old index. page.

I am bad at juggling. Not IRL w/ three balls - that's simple. Easy to learn.
I'm struggling with juggling three projects at a time. Or this time.
That is really... meh!

You start one thing. LKV. Really concentrated. Feeling good. And then the mailbing.
Ok, read the mail. Oh, maybe I should look in to that OTR-thing?
Which file was it? The inc the src the cert the fn the tools the... WTF!?
Aaagh, found it!
And ta-da, my colleagues enter the room. They should, actually, we all work in
the same room, but I get distracted. The ordinary missed high fives and freezing
handshakes all around. The Q's the A's and where was I? - returning to my screen - oh yes, the LKV!
Ok... let's go... no wait - this wasn't it! I was doing...
-What!? turning to Seb. He asked me something.
-Did you read the email?
-Yeah... did you get my text?, Aiham fills in.
-Eeeh... (fiddling desperately with my phone)... yes the email and no, or yes. Now the text!

-I'll fix it right away.

...aaaaaand coffee...

(Back in the seat) Yes! Now, where was I? Did I check my mail? Oh, one unread!
"...and it is not working...blah blah blah...check it right away?..."

My 3-year old son's voice breaks the concentrated silence: "missatche" (my text-received signal
I know it's corny, but it's allowed.)
"...did you read his mail? ...strange error when sending..."
-GAAAAAAH! I totally forgot about the Space-project.

Stop, breathe! Inhale. Exhale. WHAT should I do? What time is it? 11.25!?
What happend with time!?

And so the day rolls by. Until all of a sudden it is time to go home. I need help.

Is there anybody out there with a simple, easy to learn method or process to handle
more than one project at a time? Or should I just refund my brain?
